Last night at the Academy in Berkeley we had the first of four Seed Planting workshops with Debi Livingston. It was fantastic! Every January, after spending the holidays clearing out the old, we form our fresh energy for the new year into the "seeds" of what we want to experience. And last night we had a whopping good time doing it.
